Fun in the Sun With Florida Tourism

Sun, sea, sand, fun… great times – these are just some of the words that come to mind when people think of Florida.  For many people, a Florida holiday means Miami, and only Miami, but the truth is there are lots of other places in Florida that are well worth visiting.  The best time of year to visit Florida is November to April, as the weather is at its best during those months.  You can visit during the rest of the year, and you will still see great weather in the mornings, but you may find that there are thunder storms in the afternoons.

What Does Florida Tourism Have to Offer?

Florida has a lot to offer for all kinds of people – you can enjoy lazy afternoons on the beaches, or you can enjoy the party atmosphere on an evening.  If danger and adventure are more your thing, then why not go through the cypress swamp where you can get up close to some alligators?  There are also some beautiful grassy hills and lakes where you can take peaceful walks, and get some spectacular photographs.

Go a little South of Miami and you would find the famous Florida Keys which actually consists of a long string of islands that stretches for about one hundred miles in length. Here you would find that Florida tourism is at its best possible. There are coral reef diving spots and special places for fishing for those who want to take it easy and relax completely during their vacation. For the wild life enthusiasts you can have a glimpse of the amazing dwarf deer, which would be just a little taller than a Chihuahua.

Things You Need To Know

A good Florida tourism travel guide will tell you about the beautiful sunsets in Key West.  If you have a chance to watch one of these unique sunsets then you should do so – they are unlike any that you will see elsewhere in the world.  The natural beauty of Key West is incredible, and worth exploring at any time of the day.

Would you like to live it up in the night? Go for the most famous nightclubs in the State in the Art Deco district. Here you can enjoy dancing, dining and some great music live bands available - until the wee hours of the morning. In fact such is the pleasure you will get here, that you would wish it never ends.

Should you ever get bored with the beaches, water sports, and nature hikes that Florida has to offer, never fear – there is even more to do!  Why not take a tour of the inlands?  They are like a whole new world, with rich ethnic culture, quaint cattle farms, interesting villages, and tranquil lakes.

Or, if you fancy something a little more lively – don't forget Walt Disney World – a magical theme part that brings dreams to life for both adults and children alike.
